En morceaux ou effiloch\u00e9, il se pr\u00eate \u00e0 de nombreuses pr\u00e9parations v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes et vegan. Pour cette premi\u00e8re recette \u00e0 base de jackfruit, j&rsquo;ai effiloch\u00e9 les morceaux pour r\u00e9aliser un chili pulled jackfruit aux haricots rouges. Avec du riz basmati, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un repas complet et gourmand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une texture effiloch\u00e9e r\u00e9ussi, il faut bien couper la base de chaque morceau de jackfruit. La base permet de maintenir ensemble les filaments.
