Elles sont ultra moelleuses et parfum\u00e9es. Et pour couronner le tout, elles sont tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 faire. Il faudra juste \u00eatre un peu patient le temps que la p\u00e2te refroidisse, je vous en parle juste en dessous !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans ces madeleines IG bas apr\u00e8s avoir lu pas mal de conseils pour obtenir la fameuse bosse des madeleines. Et je suis plut\u00f4t satisfaite ! Parmi eux, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour la cuisson \u00e0 convection naturelle (plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 chaleur tournante) et pour la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration de la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 madeleine pendant au moins 3 heures (pour cr\u00e9er un choc de temp\u00e9rature). Il est aussi conseill\u00e9 de ne pas utiliser un moule en silicone mais je n&rsquo;avais que \u00e7a sous la main alors j&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9, et j&rsquo;ai bien fait !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous aimez
