A base de haricots blancs, de farine de pois chiches, de pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes et d&rsquo;huile de coco, ils sont compos\u00e9s sainement et conviennent donc parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Ces cookies sont un peu plus friables que d&rsquo;habitude mais c&rsquo;est normal : c&rsquo;est la texture donn\u00e9e par la farine de pois chiches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les haricots blancs passent inaper\u00e7us dans cette recette. En revanche, la farine de pois chiches se sent \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation donc si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 modifier la recette en prenant la farine de votre choix (avec ou sans gluten).
