Ces barquettes \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sont \u00e0 tomber. Et pour se faire plaisir sans culpabiliser, le g\u00e2teau est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas : poudre de noisettes, sucre de coco et \u0153uf. Avec seulement 4 ingr\u00e9dients et 25 minutes de pr\u00e9paration (cuisson comprise), je pense que cette recette va vite devenir un de vos incontournables ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous l&rsquo;accorde, ce n&rsquo;est pas la recette la plus healthy parmi toutes mes recettes mais \u00e7a fait du bien parfois de prendre ce type de collation tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s gourmande et il y a des alternatives ! Pour limiter l&rsquo;impact sur la glyc\u00e9mie, j&rsquo;ai donc choisi la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omie.fr\/p\/chocolat-equitable-jDb6RNX1bTqF4kUqWRq3T4\/pate-a-tartiner-122c93d27706\/pate-a-tartiner-lbY5FwBhvzFVzeHzOCtEpP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner Omie\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner Omie<\/a> qui est bien compos\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire avec plus de noisettes que dans la plupart des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner et donc moins de sucre.
