J&rsquo;ai fait un mix de farines : farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre compl\u00e8te et farine de pois chiches. Si vous trouvez les biscuits un peu cassants, c&rsquo;est normal ! C&rsquo;est la farine de pois chiches qui donne ce r\u00e9sultat. J&rsquo;aime beaucoup car je trouve que cela donne vraiment un aspect de biscuit ap\u00e9ritif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces biscuits sont parfaits si vous souhaitez vous avancer pour un ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire \u00e0 venir. En effet, vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer les boudins de p\u00e2te et les placer au cong\u00e9lateur. Le jour J ou la veille, sortez-les, tranchez-les puis cuisez-les.
