Cette quiche aux brocolis, bacon et feta est l\u00e9g\u00e8re et gourmande \u00e0 la fois, que demander de plus ? Sans beurre, sans farine blanche et avec une faible teneur en lactose (dans la feta uniquement), vous avez de quoi vous r\u00e9galer sainement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le brocoli est un l\u00e9gume \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier durant l&rsquo;hiver. Source de fibres, min\u00e9raux et vitamines, il compte de nombreux atouts : diminution du mauvais cholest\u00e9rol, effet belle peau, renouvellement des cellules ou encore pr\u00e9vention des crampes n&rsquo;en sont que quelques exemples. C\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, il a tout bon avec un IG tr\u00e8s bas.
