Apr\u00e8s mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/03\/veloute-de-patate-douce-et-lentilles-corail-au-curry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"velout\u00e9 de patate douce et lentilles corail au curry\">velout\u00e9 de patate douce et lentilles corail au curry<\/a>, je vous propose un velout\u00e9 de chou-fleur et lentilles corail \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de curry. Jaune ou rouge, \u00e0 vous de choisir la p\u00e2te de curry que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez ! Pour ma part, je trouve que la p\u00e2te de curry jaune est plus douce que la rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, ce velout\u00e9 a tout bon ! Lentilles corail et chou-fleur ont des IG bas.
