Ce velout\u00e9 de patate douce et lentilles corail au curry est ultra savoureux et r\u00e9confortant. Pour obtenir une texture id\u00e9ale, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser un blender, cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir un velout\u00e9 bien lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nutrition, les lentilles corail permettent d&rsquo;abaisser l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique de la recette et de la rendre plus rassasiante.
