La cr\u00e8me de feta en dessous des patates douces donnent un r\u00e9sultat super fondant. J&rsquo;ai h\u00e2te d&rsquo;avoir vos retours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette tarte, avoir une mandoline vous sera d&rsquo;une grande aide. En effet, pour un meilleur rendu visuel et gustatif, il faut que les tranches de patate douce soient fines et r\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La patate douce se pr\u00eate parfaitement aux tartes sal\u00e9es.
