Une mani\u00e8re simple et rapide de se r\u00e9galer sainement. Avec des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes, cela vous fera un petit plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne faites pas l&rsquo;impasse sur les 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour cuire les aubergines. C&rsquo;est ce qui les rendra fondantes et rendra donc le plat vraiment gourmand. Concernant le piment, utilisez du piment d\u2019Espelette si vous aimez les plats plus \u00e9pic\u00e9s.
