Pour conserver un IG bas, choisissez une boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la coco sans sucre ajout\u00e9. Les graines de chia sont de petites graines pleines d&rsquo;atouts : excellentes pour le syst\u00e8me digestif (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur richesse en fibres), riches en antioxydants, rassasiantes et coupe-faim ou encore r\u00e9gulatrices du sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une collation gourmande et fruit\u00e9e, servez-le avec des morceaux de fruits de saison : nectarine, kiwi, fraise, figue, poire&#8230; Vous avez l&#8217;embarras du choix !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pudding de chia peut se conserver jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 5 jours dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Vous pouvez donc le pr\u00e9parer le dimanche pour avoir des collations saines et pr\u00eates \u00e0 consommer durant la semaine.
