Pour cette fois, j&rsquo;ai concoct\u00e9 un velout\u00e9 de courgettes et pois cass\u00e9s \u00e0 la menthe. Depuis que j&rsquo;ai une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup int\u00e9grer les l\u00e9gumineuses dans mes recettes. Elles sont tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes sur le plan nutritionnel et notamment riches en prot\u00e9ines et en fibres.
