Ils sont peu sucr\u00e9s et sains gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur composition faite de son d&rsquo;avoine, d&rsquo;huile de coco et de farine semi-compl\u00e8te. Ils peuvent se conserver une  dizaine de jours dans une bo\u00eete \u00e0 biscuits mais sachez que vous perdrez un peu de croquant au fil des jours. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, ils n&rsquo;ont pas eu le temps de trop ramollir car ils ont vite \u00e9t\u00e9 mang\u00e9s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez aim\u00e9 ces biscuits s\u00e9same miel et que vous souhaitez varier les plaisirs, vous pouvez tester ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/category\/recettes-sucrees\/sables-biscuit-et-petits-gateaux\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"biscuits \u00e0 l'amande\">biscuits \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande<\/a>.
