Bien que cet aliment soit \u00e0 IG haut, sa charge glyc\u00e9mique est faible donc la past\u00e8que peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9e sans crainte tant que c&rsquo;est avec mod\u00e9ration ! Cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 la past\u00e8que est saine, gourmande, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne et pleine de peps.
