Ces nouilles \u00e0 base de farine de sarrasin sont excellentes, aussi bien en plat chaud qu&rsquo;en salade. Apr\u00e8s vous avoir propos\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/29\/salade-de-nouilles-soba-au-miso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"salade de nouilles soba au miso\">salade de nouilles soba au miso<\/a>, je vous propose cette fois-ci une version chaude de nouilles soba aux courgettes et \u00e0 la sauce cacahu\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les marques, les nouilles soba sont compos\u00e9es de plus ou moins de farine de sarrasin.
