Et pour aller encore plus loin, vous pouvez en faire une version sans gluten. Pour cela, prenez par exemple des flocons de sarrasin \u00e0 la place des flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou d&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisissez des bananes pas trop m\u00fbres afin d&rsquo;avoir un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas. En effet, les bananes vertes ont un IG plus faible que les bananes t\u00e2ch\u00e9es. Comme elles seront plus difficiles \u00e0 \u00e9craser, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser un petit mixeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous les d\u00e9gustez en diff\u00e9r\u00e9, vous verrez qu&rsquo;ils deviendront plus mous et plus compacts que quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four. Pour qu&rsquo;ils retrouvent une meilleure texture ainsi que le fondant du chocolat, passez-les quelques secondes au micro-ondes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
