Cuits traditionnellement dans l&rsquo;huile, ils ne sont pas vraiment adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 une alimentation saine. Alors pour en profiter tout en faisant attention \u00e0 la ligne, il suffit de les faire revenir quelques minutes dans un peu d&rsquo;huile puis de terminer la cuisson au four. Vous allez donc pouvoir vous r\u00e9galer sainement avec ces falafels au citron confit et boulgour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le boulgour apporte une texture agr\u00e9able et moelleuse. J&rsquo;ai choisi du boulgour de petit \u00e9peautre car il a un IG plus bas que le boulgour de bl\u00e9.
