A base de melon, de tomates cerise, de jambon cru, de m\u00e2che et d&rsquo;une burrata, cette assiette estivale compl\u00e8te est tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s gourmande !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 que le melon a un index glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9. Pas de panique ! Il contient peu de glucides et donc, consomm\u00e9 avec mod\u00e9ration, il ne fera pas bondir votre glyc\u00e9mie.
