Apr\u00e8s mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2022\/02\/07\/curry-de-crevettes-aux-pommes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"curry de crevettes aux pommes\">curry de crevettes aux pommes<\/a>, je vous propose une nouvelle recette de colombo de crevettes aux poivrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le colombo est le nom donn\u00e9 au curry antillais et c&rsquo;est une des recettes embl\u00e9matiques de la Guadeloupe, de la Martinique ou encore de la Guyane. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, le colombo est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices plus doux et moins \u00e9pic\u00e9 que le curry. Il est entre autres compos\u00e9 de curcuma, de coriandre, de fenugrec, de cumin ou encore de clous de girofle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
