Gourmand, frais et savoureux, je suis s\u00fbre que vous vous r\u00e9galerez. Le melon et le vinaigre balsamique apportent une touche sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e et rendent ce gaspacho original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner ce gaspacho, j&rsquo;ai fait du pain grill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail. Pour cela, il suffit de mettre un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sur du pain complet (\u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau) puis de le faire griller au four une dizaine de minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0.
