Et oui ! Je vous propose bien s\u00fbr une recette \u00e0 IG bas. Pour cela, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner pralin\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/yency.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Yency\">Yency<\/a>, une petite marque p\u00e9pite qui a vocation de remettre l&rsquo;alimentation au c\u0153ur des enjeux sant\u00e9 en proposant des aliments sains et gourmands. Pour cela, ils utilisent du sirop de yacon, un sucrant \u00e0 IG tr\u00e8s bas avec un petit go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9, fruit\u00e9 et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme leur nom l&rsquo;indique, cet en-cas est tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Limitez-vous \u00e0 1 ou 2 en fonction de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique que vous avez.
