A la cuisson, elles explosent et donnent du go\u00fbt et du moelleux aux g\u00e2teaux, pancakes, muffins&#8230;  Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est un cake pistaches et myrtilles que j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9. L&rsquo;association des deux aliments est une merveille. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 aussi avec quelques gouttes de citron sur une tranche de cake. Cela apporte un bon petit go\u00fbt acide et humidifie un peu le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kazidomi.com\/fr-FR\/catalogue\/produits\/puree-d-oleagineux-tahin\/4299-puree-de-pistaches\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"pur\u00e9e de pistaches grill\u00e9es Kazidomi\">pur\u00e9e de pistaches grill\u00e9es Kazidomi<\/a>. J&rsquo;adore le go\u00fbt que cette pur\u00e9e donne aux pr\u00e9parations sucr\u00e9es. J&rsquo;en utilise rarement car c&rsquo;est un peu cher. Si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas et que vous ne souhaitez pas en acheter, vous pouvez utiliser de la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou ou d&rsquo;amandes. Le cake aura un peu moins le go\u00fbt de pistaches mais il sera tout aussi bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
