Vous le trouvez fade ? S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas cuisin\u00e9, je vous l&rsquo;accorde ! En revanche, cuisin\u00e9, c&rsquo;est une excellente prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Cette-fois ci, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 du tofu grill\u00e9 au gingembre et au s\u00e9same. C&rsquo;est gourmand, croustillant et tr\u00e8s simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un repas complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, je vous conseille de l&rsquo;accompagner de 50g de riz basmati semi-complet ou complet (poids cru) ainsi que d&rsquo;une portion de l\u00e9gumes de saison.
