Ces bruschettas aux poivrons grill\u00e9s, feta, pignons de pin et basilic sont color\u00e9es, savoureuses et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 du miel d&rsquo;acacia pour apporter une petite touche sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e. Suivez bien la recette et ne faites pas l&rsquo;impasse sur le pain grill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, il apporte beaucoup de saveurs \u00e0 la recette. Pour gardez un index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9, utilisez du pain complet ou du pain au levain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand j&rsquo;ai quelques poivrons qui s\u2019ab\u00eement au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, je finis toujours par les faire griller au four. Il y a ensuite plein de mani\u00e8res de les int\u00e9grer dans l&rsquo;assiette.
