Coup\u00e9es finement en tagliatelles, elles sont croquantes juste comme il faut. Accompagn\u00e9es de feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e, de pistaches concass\u00e9es et de menthe cisel\u00e9e, elles sont super gourmandes. J&rsquo;y ai mis un assaisonnement citron et huile d&rsquo;olive. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ces courgettes crues en salade un peu en avance pour qu&rsquo;elles s&rsquo;attendrissent un peu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est une v\u00e9ritable assiette sant\u00e9. Les pistaches sont riches en prot\u00e9ines, fibres et micronutriments. Non sal\u00e9es, elles sont \u00e0 int\u00e9grer vivement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore l&rsquo;association courgettes et pistaches et ce n&rsquo;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que je la mets \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans mes recettes.
