Vous manquez un peu d&rsquo;inspiration ? Je vous propose donc une nouvelle recette : une salade avocat et halloumi avec des pois chiches croustillants et des cranberries pour une touche sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e. L&rsquo;association de tous les ingr\u00e9dients est originale et tr\u00e8s gourmande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le halloumi est un fromage chypriote traditionnellement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec du lait de brebis et du lait de ch\u00e8vre. Il a la particularit\u00e9 de ne pas fondre \u00e0 la cuisson. Depuis que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert ce fromage il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, j&rsquo;en mets partout !
