Un banana bread est toujours une bonne solution. Je vous partage ici ma nouvelle recette hyper gourmande et tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 cuisiner : un banana bread peanut butter et chocolat noir. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il deviendra vite un incontournable de vos petits-d\u00e9jeuners ou collations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un IG plus bas, vous pouvez aussi le r\u00e9aliser avec des bananes moins m\u00fbres. Il vous suffira de les mixer pour les r\u00e9duire plus facilement en pur\u00e9e. Pour un banana bread healthy, veillez \u00e0 utiliser de la pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes non sal\u00e9es et non sucr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ce banana bread peanut butter et chocolat avec la farine d&rsquo;arachide d\u00e9shuil\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxdegenie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Max de G\u00e9nie<\/a>.
