Traditionnellement \u00e0 base de poulet, de beurre, de cr\u00e8me et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, j&rsquo;ai revisit\u00e9 ce plat en le rendant moins riche et tout aussi d\u00e9licieux. Pour cela, j&rsquo;y ai mis de la pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes et du lait de coco. Pour les \u00e9pices, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du garam masala. Ce m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices tout pr\u00eat permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 rallonge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Avec du riz basmati semi-complet ou complet et une portion de l\u00e9gumes de saison, vous obtiendrez une assiette compl\u00e8te et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
