R\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, ces muffins aux pommes et aux noisettes sont sains mais pas pour le moins gourmands. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;ajout de bicarbonate, aucune concession n&rsquo;est faite sur leur texture moelleuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 praticit\u00e9, ils sont parfaits pour emporter \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, au travail ou en pique-nique. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ici 6 gros muffins mais vous pouvez en faire des plus petits tout en ajustant le temps de cuisson. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en congeler car ils gardent leur moelleux m\u00eame apr\u00e8s cong\u00e9lation.
