Cette quiche sans p\u00e2te aux courgettes, ch\u00e8vre, noix et aneth est d\u00e9licieuse, gourmande et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Avec une salade en accompagnement, un quart de cette quiche sans p\u00e2te aux courgettes vous fera un repas complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix apportent une texture croquante tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. Comme tous les ol\u00e9agineux, elles sont conseill\u00e9es dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas. Les noix ont de nombreux bienfaits et notamment celui d&rsquo;apporter rapidement un effet de sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Elles sont riches en lipides mais pas d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude ! Consomm\u00e9es avec mod\u00e9ration, elles ne vous feront pas grossir et ralentiront m\u00eame l&rsquo;absorption des glucides par votre organisme. Enfin, de par leur teneur en om\u00e9ga-3, les noix sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le cerveau et plus particuli\u00e8rement pour la m\u00e9moire et la concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
