J&rsquo;ai ce qu&rsquo;il vous faut avec ce fondant au chocolat, sarrasin et noisette. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, vous pourrez d\u00e9guster une part au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou au go\u00fbter sans culpabiliser ! Ce fondant au chocolat peut se d\u00e9guster de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res : une fois ti\u00e9di si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un fondant moelleux ou alors apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 au moins une heure si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un fondant durci. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 les deux options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sarrasin est un indispensable de la cuisine \u00e0 IG bas. Il est pr\u00e9sent dans cette recette sous forme de farine et sous forme de kasha. Ce sont des graines de sarrasin d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es et grill\u00e9es.
