Apr\u00e8s ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/04\/pates-au-pesto-de-pistaches-et-courgettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto de pistaches<\/a> ou celle de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/08\/30\/salade-de-pates-au-pesto-courgettes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto classique<\/a>, je vous propose une recette de pesto de roquette et amande. Avec des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes, des tomates cerises r\u00f4ties au four et du saumon frais, vous obtenez un repas gourmand et tout \u00e0 fait \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peu calorique, la roquette apporte de nombreux bienfaits \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme. La roquette est riche en antioxydants et en vitamine K. Elle permet entre autres de maintenir la peau en bonne sant\u00e9, de lutter contre la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau et de prot\u00e9ger le syst\u00e8me digestif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tous les pestos, ce pesto de roquette est facile et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il suffit de mixer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et vous obtenez une d\u00e9licieuse sauce en quelques minutes de pr\u00e9paration.
