C&rsquo;est une pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. En effet, il suffit de mixer l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients puis d&rsquo;ajouter des toppings. En fonction des saisons, vous pourrez facilement le d\u00e9cliner avec les fruits disponibles sur les \u00e9tals. Vous allez essayer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous donne ci-dessous la recette pour la base, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le smoothie \u00e0 la banane, au kiwi et au citron vert. Pour les toppings, faites avec ce que vous avez sous la main et ce qui vous fait plaisir. Par exemple, j&rsquo;ai mis ici des rondelles de banane, des morceaux de kiwi, quelques myrtilles, des graines de tournesol, quelques chips de coco (non sucr\u00e9es) et de la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez ce type de smoothie bowl kiwi et citron vert ?
