Elle a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s subtil entre le caramel, l&rsquo;amande, la noisette et la vanille. Apr\u00e8s mes <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/04\/mini-cakes-choco-tonka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cakes individuels au chocolat et \u00e0 la f\u00e8ve tonka<\/a>, je vous propose cette fois-ci un banana bread f\u00e8ve tonka et chocolat noir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 index glyc\u00e9mique, ce banana bread f\u00e8ve tonka et chocolat noir a tout bon ! A base de poudre de noisettes et de farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T150, il a un IG bas et vous pourrez donc en d\u00e9guster une part sans culpabiliser au petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou vers 17h pour la collation. Pour que l&rsquo;IG soit plus bas, utilisez des bananes pas trop m\u00fbres et servez-vous d&rsquo;un petit mixeur pour les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. En effet, les bananes vertes et sans t\u00e2che ont un IG plus bas que les bananes m\u00fbres et t\u00e2ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity
