Cette fois-ci, je vous propose des aubergines r\u00f4ties aux \u00e9pices accompagn\u00e9es de petit \u00e9peautre, de feta, de pignons de pin et d&rsquo;herbes aromatiques. Ces aubergines r\u00f4ties aux \u00e9pices sont riches en saveurs et avec leur accompagnement, cela fait un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien complet, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et \u00e0 IG bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit \u00e9peautre est une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale que je consomme beaucoup depuis que je me suis orient\u00e9e vers une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Sa texture ferme et son go\u00fbt me plaisent beaucoup. Nutritionnellement, sa composition est int\u00e9ressante car il est riche en fibres solubles ce qui permet de r\u00e9guler la glyc\u00e9mie. Il contient \u00e9galement davantage de prot\u00e9ines que le bl\u00e9 classique. Il ne faut donc pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 le mettre au c\u0153ur de nos assiettes que ce soit dans un plat chaud ou dans une salade.
