Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/10\/tarte-tatin-aux-legumes-dete-chevre-frais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ma version aux aubergines, courgettes et ch\u00e8vre frais<\/a>, je vous en propose une aux tomates cerises et \u00e0 la tapenade d&rsquo;olives noires. J&rsquo;ai profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des beaux jours pour cuisiner les premi\u00e8res tomates cerises de la saison. Pour cette tarte tatin aux tomates cerises, j&rsquo;ai fait pr\u00e9cuire les tomates au four avec un peu de sucre de coco pour les caram\u00e9liser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tape, \u00e9gouttez-les pour retirer le maximum d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la tapenade, je l&rsquo;ai faite maison. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple et cela demande peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients : olives noires, c\u00e2pres, anchois, huile d&rsquo;olive et ail. Cela permet de conna\u00eetre la composition exacte et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les mauvaises surprises. Par souci de temps et\/ou de praticit\u00e9, vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr en utiliser une d\u00e9j\u00e0 faite mais choisissez-la de qualit\u00e9. Pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e c&rsquo;est la m\u00eame chose. Si vous avez quelques minutes devant vous, faites-la maison.
