Surtout quand c&rsquo;est le retour de la grisaille comme aujourd&rsquo;hui ! Apr\u00e8s mon <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/14\/veloute-de-patates-douces-a-lorange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">velout\u00e9 de patate douce et carotte \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange<\/a>, je vous propose une nouvelle variante : un velout\u00e9 de patate douce au gingembre et \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de coco. Le gingembre apporte un go\u00fbt bien prononc\u00e9 alors n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajuster la quantit\u00e9 en fonction de ce que vous aimez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le topping, faites selon ce que vous avez sous la main. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai r\u00f4ti au four une petite patate douce coup\u00e9e en cubes puis je les ai badigeonn\u00e9s avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et du gingembre en poudre. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 quelques graines de tournesol et des chips de coco (sans sucres ni sel ajout\u00e9s).
