En guise d&rsquo;accompagnement, je vous propose ce taboul\u00e9 aux f\u00e8ves, petits pois et zaatar. Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de feta, d&rsquo;olives et d&rsquo;amandes, il est complet et savoureux. Il peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au printemps avec des f\u00e8ves et petits pois ou en hiver avec leur version surgel\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La zaatar est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices du Moyen-Orient qui se trouve, entre autres, dans beaucoup de pr\u00e9parations de la cuisine libanaise.
