Cette fois-ci, j&rsquo;ai associ\u00e9 des champignons, du bacon, des noisettes, des oignons et du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9. Cela donne un cake aux champignons gourmand et riche en saveurs ! A base de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale sans sucre ajout\u00e9 et d&rsquo;huile, son index glyc\u00e9mique est contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce cake aux champignons peut \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro, en entr\u00e9e ou en plat accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une salade verte. Je trouve que le meilleur moment pour d\u00e9guster un cake est le jour J, tout juste refroidi. Cependant,  ce cake se cong\u00e8le tr\u00e8s bien et vous pouvez le passer quelques secondes au micro-ondes avant d\u00e9gustation pour lui redonner tout son moelleux. Vous pouvez aussi opter pour le four, mais attention de ne pas l&rsquo;oublier pour ne pas l\u2019ass\u00e9cher !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity
