Cette fois-ci, c&rsquo;est un cake marbr\u00e9 vanille choco que j&rsquo;ai concoct\u00e9. Il est compos\u00e9 notamment de sucre de coco, de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 et de cacao non sucr\u00e9. Le cacao non sucr\u00e9 est un super-aliment et a de nombreux bienfaits. Entre autres, il stimule la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d&rsquo;endorphines et g\u00e9n\u00e8re ainsi une sensation de bien-\u00eatre. C&rsquo;est aussi une excellente source de magn\u00e9sium et permet donc de lutter contre le stress ou les troubles du sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une part de ce cake marbr\u00e9 vanille choco accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (soja, coco) et d&rsquo;un fruit composent un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sain, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et rassasiant.
