Et pour se faire plaisir tout en gardant la ligne, il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 IG bas. Si vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de tester mes recettes, vous verrez qu&rsquo;il y a un peu plus de sucre que d&rsquo;habitude mais cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer avec l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 des agrumes. A raison d&rsquo;une tranche pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou la collation, cela reste tout \u00e0 fait raisonnable. Alors profitez-en.
