Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre aux l\u00e9gumes verts, ce sera chose faite. A base d&rsquo;avocat, de brocoli, de concombre et de f\u00e8ves, vous ferez le plein de vitamines. Sans oublier l&rsquo;assaisonnement compos\u00e9 de jus de citron et d&rsquo;aneth qui apporte beaucoup de peps. N&rsquo;ayez pas peur d&rsquo;avoir la main un peu lourde sur l&rsquo;aneth. Cette herbe aromatique apporte beaucoup de parfum dans cette salade de petit \u00e9peautre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, il vous suffira d&rsquo;enlever le saumon fum\u00e9. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 le remplacer par un \u0153uf mollet ou par quelques morceaux de feta ou de mozzarella di Bufala.
