En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8re et gourmande, elle est tr\u00e8s simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser car vous n&rsquo;avez pas la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Pour un index glyc\u00e9mique plus bas de cette quiche, utilisez de la mozzarella au lait de bufflonne. Le lait de bufflonne a un impact plus faible sur la glyc\u00e9mie que le lait de vache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 quantit\u00e9, une quiche de 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre correspond \u00e0 un repas pour 4 personnes. Accompagnez-la d&rsquo;une salade verte pour un repas complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.
