En effet, beaucoup de farines sans gluten sont \u00e0 IG haut (ch\u00e2taigne, ma\u00efs, riz). J&rsquo;ai donc voulu me lancer dans une recette sans gluten et \u00e0 IG bas en reprenant <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/12\/08\/cookies-ig-bas-peanut-butter-et-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ma recette de cookies IG bas<\/a> et en utilisant de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et des flocons d&rsquo;avoine. Et le r\u00e9sultat de ces cookies sans gluten est vraiment bluffant !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme d&rsquo;habitude, ne faites pas l&rsquo;impasse sur le temps de repos. C&rsquo;est important pour avoir des cookies avec une texture parfaite. Si vous les d\u00e9guster en diff\u00e9r\u00e9, placez-les quelques minutes au chaud pour leur redonner du fondant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ces cookies sans gluten, j&rsquo;ai choisi de mettre de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et de la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes. Cela donne un petit go\u00fbt frangipane que j&rsquo;aime beaucoup. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la noisette, vous pouvez les faire avec la poudre de noisettes et de la pur\u00e9e de noisettes. Et si vous souhaitez un go\u00fbt plus neutre, optez pour de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et de la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n<div
