En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 IG bas, le r\u00e9sultat est tout aussi gourmand. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette fois-ci de l&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 aux crevettes, tomates et feta \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;un risotto. Ajout\u00e9e en fin de cuisson, la feta est \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 fondue et \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 \u00e9miett\u00e9e.
