Vous trouverez la recette du tataki de saumon ci-dessous. Pour le reste du bowl, faites selon ce que vous avez sous la main. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;y ai mis du riz basmati, de la mangue, un m\u00e9lange de chou blanc et chou rouge et de l&rsquo;avocat. J&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 un assaisonnement \u00e0 base d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et de citron vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi d\u00e9guster ce tataki au moment de l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif.
