Alors pour bien d\u00e9buter le mois, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des petits muffins qui sentent bon le soleil. Ils sont \u00e0 base d&rsquo;olives noires, de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, de mozzarella et de basilic. R\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de farine de bl\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre semi-compl\u00e8te et de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, ces muffins sal\u00e9s aux tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es ont un index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Ils seront parfaits pour un ap\u00e9ro gourmand et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que ce muffins sal\u00e9s aux tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es soit plus l\u00e9gers, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es qui n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9es dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Il vous suffira simplement de les r\u00e9hydrater dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant quelques minutes et cela vous \u00e9vitera des mati\u00e8res grasses inutiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter votre table d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif, je vous propose de faire ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/14\/dip-de-concombre-feta-et-citron-vert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dip de concombre, feta et citron vert<\/a>.
