C\u00f4t\u00e9 composition, ce pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices healthy est sans \u0153uf, sans beurre (et plus largement sans lactose) et \u00e0 IG bas. Il conviendra donc au plus grand nombre d&rsquo;entre vous. Pour le rendre IG bas, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de la farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T110, de la farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9 et du miel d&rsquo;acacia. Afin de garder un IG bas, vous pouvez aussi opter pour du miel de tilleul ou du miel de bruy\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce cake fa\u00e7on pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 deux petits moules de 15cm de long pour obtenir une forme proche du pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices classique. Si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas et que vous utilisez un grand moule, ajustez la cuisson en la prolongeant de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes environ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous aimez le go\u00fbt du 4 \u00e9pices dans vos petits plaisirs sucr\u00e9s, je vous conseille de<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/02\/28\/biscuits-healthy-aux-4-epices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> tester mes biscuits healthy aux 4 \u00e9pices<\/a>. Je les avais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e mais ils se pr\u00eatent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les saisons !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
