Essayez donc ce curry de crevettes aux pommes. Le l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 est un d\u00e9lice. Pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, vous pouvez remplacer les crevettes par du tofu ferme coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, ajoutez les noix de cajou au dernier moment si vous les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez croquantes ou alors avec la cr\u00e8me de coco si vous les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez plus fondantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;un point de vue nutritionnel, cette recette est id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 IG bas.
