Une bonne raison pour les petits et les grands de se r\u00e9galer avec de d\u00e9licieuses cr\u00eapes. Et pour plus de plaisir, pourquoi pas se r\u00e9galer avec des cr\u00eapes ultra moelleuses, sans beurre et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas ? Pour ces cr\u00eapes \u00e0 la noisette, j&rsquo;ai repris <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/26\/crepes-a-ig-bas-et-sans-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ma recette de cr\u00eapes classiques<\/a> mais j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 une boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la noisette pour les aromatiser. J&rsquo;ai aussi ajout\u00e9 une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate dans la p\u00e2te pour apporter du moelleux. J&rsquo;en utilise souvent dans mes p\u00e2tisseries en ce moment pour obtenir de meilleures textures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la garniture, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des poires coup\u00e9es en petits d\u00e9s et revenues quelques minutes \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec des noisettes concass\u00e9es et un peu de cannelle. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux mais vous pouvez aussi laisser libre cours \u00e0 votre imagination, les possibilit\u00e9s sont infinies pour accompagner ces cr\u00eapes \u00e0 la noisette.
